Delivery Policy

Note: To get you your products as fast as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages that arrive on different days.

Please see below our current delivery timeframes as we work with limited air capacity to New Zealand.

Tracking Availability & Delivery ETA

All online orders will be shipped from our Australian warehouse. Please allow 10 business days to receive your tracking number and delivery timing. The tracking number will only become active once the product has arrived in New Zealand and is with New Zealand Post.

Current Shipping Times to New Zealand

For your convenience, we ship using Courier Post services to anywhere within New Zealand and make our best efforts to deliver products within 10 – 17 business days.

The delivery cost of your product/s is free anywhere within New Zealand for orders over $150. If your order is below $150 you will be charged a flat fee of $10 for shipping. Upon completion of your purchase, we will keep you in the loop via email when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order. 

We take full responsibility for ensuring that all products ordered through reach our customers. If there is no proof of delivery, Lacoste will replace or refund at our discretion.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.
